Our Master in Yacht Design covers a comprehensive overview of the evolution of ships and boats over the centuries. It covers the history of ship design starting from the Roman and Phoenician times to the latest technological advancements. We will walk you through the science behind naval architecture and engineering, including the stability, resistance, materials, propulsion systems, safety, aesthetics, regulations and the relevance of media and exhibitions.

Students are taught about the importance of sustainability and eco-friendliness in boat design and end of life cycle.

The course aims to provide the attendees with the knowledge and skills to independently design and plan the interiors of sailing and motorboats of different sizes and types.
