Born in Napoli, he developed a passion for the marine industry early on. After studying Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, he had a vibrant career with some of the leading shipyards in the World such as Cetena, Fincantieri's R&D company, and Baglietto, where he served as Technical Director. In 1995 he founded Hydro Tec, an engineering company that in the early 2000’s has made a natural move into design with instant success, which has been acknowledged by its peers and rewarded with multiple awards. 

With fifty years in the yachting sector and beyond, he's known for a series of popular and winning racing boats and for a very widespread class of hulls awarded by the TCI.

Multinational business experience and expertise in materials science, composites and reinforcements, tailored marketing and PR support. Contributor of Nautech Magazine and Jec Composites Magazine. Editor in Chief of “Via Mare by Sea Magazine”, Co-founder and Editor in Chief of “Composite Solutions Magazine”.

Architect, graduated at the Politecnico di Milano, specialized in interior and yacht design. During his long experience,

began in 1995, he has been a detail-oriented architect and interior designer of numerous yachts built by renowned Italian and foreign shipyards, working both in collaboration with important design studios and on his own.

The great quality and attention in the development of details, combined with the ability to harmonize design and functionality have always characterized all his projects.

He is a Ph.D Architect, Industrial & Yacht Designer. After graduation in Genova in 2004, he started as a Yacht Designer for Garroni Design Studio, creating successful motor and sailing yachts.

He also earned a Ph.D in Transportation Design. In 2011 began working with Pastrovich Studio to focus on custom yachts. He has run his own business since 2012, working in both production and custom yachts, and has experience in automotive and industrial design. With his collaboration with Bluegame and Massimo Radice, he has improved his yacht design skills through engineering and production control.

Serial Entrepreneur who holds a Masters Unlimited Licence, a BA in Tertiary Further Education and a Diploma in Nautical Science. He has been in the maritime industry since 1996. In addition to extensive seagoing experience, he has worked as a DPA, curriculum manager and as a surveyor for the maritime coastguard agency. He is currently the CEO of a leading maritime college, yacht management company, blockchain company, an online training portal company and a media and advertisement company. He is a maritime law expert and a proven accident/incident investigator.

Among his responsibilities are coordinating with external approval authorities, finances, marketing, recruitment and advertisement.

He was also a finalist for the UK Entrepreneur of the Year award.
